Rongliang (Timothy) Liu was admitted to the China Bar in 2015. He started his professional career as a legal specialist in one of China’s leading agricultural biotechnology companies. He then practiced law in one of China’s leading law firms-Beijing Deheng Law Firm in the Corporate Law and Litigation section. In his previous practice in China, Tim focused on corporate law and dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration.

Prior to joining Anderson & Associates, P.C., as a law clerk, he worked as a compliance manager at an international e-commerce company in San Francisco.  Tim has rich experience in corporate law, business compliance, international intellectual property and dispute resolution. He participated in cross-board lawsuits, company compliance projects and international disputes resolution.
